Our newest tool has got us all excited here at SocialBro HQ and we can’t wait to share it with all of you!
This new feature “Email Integration” has been designed with our business customers in mind, allowing you to import your email database into SocialBro and instantly be presented with these users’ full social profiles. This unique feature will not only help you manage your email contacts and build up strong business relationships, but will also help in your lead generation process, making it an essential tool for your business. The profiles returned will include information such as who they are, what they do, how influential they are and if they have engaged with your brand via Twitter in the past. This additional personal data teamed with the ability to know when and how to reach these users will increase the accuracy of targeting for social and digital marketing.
How the tool works
The tool is really simple to use, just import a text file (must be plain text) of email addresses into SocialBro and you will be presented with the users’ full social profiles including their locations, languages, interests and whether they follow your brand or not. All of this data is instantly available to you, offering invaluable insights about that users without you having to invest time and money in questioning each user individually.
Once imported, you can then browse these contacts as you would members of any other source. From here you can follow them, tweet them, add them to a list, add a tag to their profile etc. You can also see if you have engaged with any of the users on Twitter before by clicking on the blue “@ sign” on their profile, allowing you to discover Twitter relationships you may not have been aware of.
This information can be used to personalize your communication and connect with individuals on a more personal level, enhance your ability to target and appeal to users with content and will create stronger business relationships, potentially resulting in an increase in sales.
Additionally you can employ the other SocialBro tools to increase your potential of connecting with these users such as, generating a ‘Best Time to Tweet’ report to determine the times and days of each week that are best to reach these users via Twitter or you can send export their information into Nimble or Salesforce where your sales team can follow up with leads and turn them into sales.
With this new feature you can also access more information about all of your Twitter contacts with the introduction of a new “profile” tab when you click on a user’s Twitter handle.
